Catwoman: The Animated Series The Penguin

My Penguin design was heavily inspired by Danny DeVito. i see the relationship between him and Catwoman turning out the same way from the movie. She coming to him to team up, then she turns on him and he finds out she has only been using him.

my design isnt all that different for the character, just wanted to bring in some color that i wasnt used to seeing him in, like orange and red. when i picture the Penguin i see him in just black and white or black and purple.

i imagine him being messy and gross, and a bit more "scary" than he has been shown recently. then he makes the progression into a "classier" villain, but still keeps a "scary" presence.
